A long list of user-friendly technology features appear for 2009, including the standard Nissan Intelligent Key, an available Bluetooth Hands-free phone system, an advanced touch-screen navigation system with XM NavTraffic with real-time traffic information and a rear view monitor.

The 2008 Altima Coupe 2.5 S is available with 16-inch aluminium alloy wheels with P215/60R16 all-season tyres, while new 18-inch aluminium alloy wheels with Michelin P235/45R18 tyres are standard on the 3.5 SE.

Altima Coupe also pleases with some standard safety features such as the Nissan Advanced Air Bag System with two-stage additional front airbags, seat belts and passenger classification sensors, additional side-impact airbags on the front seats and roof. Additional side-impact airbags to protect the passenger head in the front and rear seats.
